The multi-generational facility, located in the neighborhood of College Park, will provide a crucial opportunity for the public to enjoy aquatics programming, with a user experience distinguished by state-of-the-art design, equipment, and technology.

This project is essential in that it will provide a safe place for children and adults to learn how to swim. A lack of swim training means that many Oxnard residents, despite their proximity to some of Southern California’s best beaches, never visit the shoreline. The broad range of programming will include recreation, water fitness, water safety and training, and competitive aquatics.
