Jose Rodriguez

Assoc. AIA, Designer

I first got interested in design with Lego bricks, working up to robotics and eventually product and architectural design in high school. After enrolling in Cal and learning the fundamentals of design, I used these skills to develop my personal work and explore new mediums from a different perspective. Now with a film camera in one hand, and a bag of clay in the other, I’m proud of the work I do for myself and for others.

A couple of ceramic pieces I’ve made this past year. While there is so much to learn, I absolutely love the process of spinning, firing, and creating unique pieces. I hope to showcase some of my work in the future.
