The mixed-use corner at Hamilton Avenue transforms a highly visible yet underutilized corner of Campbell into a pedestrian-friendly residential and retail destination. Anchoring the site with a multi-story building fronting Hamilton Avenue, the project maximizes retail opportunity, invigorates the sidewalk environment, and improves the public domain. The gateway to a larger residential master plan, the building provides 39 units and 10,000 square feet of retail space. The project is supported by parking spaces, 77 of which are in an ELS-designed below-grade structure.
