YMCA at Crane Cove

ELS is working with the YMCA of San Francisco to revive a historic steel galvanizing warehouse at the city’s acclaimed Crane Cove Park, located just north of Pier 70.
We worked closely with the Port of San Francisco on entitlements for the renovation of the structure, which promises to be a major draw by incorporating a wellness center, a popular bagel shop, and a storefront oriented around paddle sports. This project has begun construction, with an opening targeted for fall 2024.
