Confidential Mixed-Use Development

In the heart of Silicon Valley, ELS created the masterplan for this multifaceted project, which transforms a drive-in theater site into a walk-in neighborhood.

For a four-acre parcel in Mountain View, our master plan provides 800,000 sf of office space, 188 residential units, two boutique hotels, 90,000 sf of retail, an 85,000 sf cinema and a 90,000 sf fitness center.

A key project goal was to embrace a “live-work-play” concept. We focused on assembling complementary uses for a whole that will be greater than the sum of its parts. The grand central parkway links the development’s revenue-generating components together with its many amenities, giving the site a strong sense of identity.
