AEG Mixed-Use Entertainment District at Nashville Yards

Nashville, TN | mixed-use/retail/office | arts/entertainment | urban design/planning
1/5

A new mixed-use entertainment development emerges from Nashville’s old rail yards.

ELS worked with AEG to develop a master plan and conceptual design for a new four-acre, mixed-use entertainment district near the heart of downtown Nashville. The project will be anchored by a 4,000-patron music venue, a luxury cinema complex, a 700-patron live entertainment club, and a 240-room boutique hotel. The district will also feature a variety of other entertainment, food, and beverage offerings.

The project is part of the broader Nashville Yards development—a dynamic 15-acre office, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and residential master plan spanning the western edge of Nashville’s central business district. This unique site was once a hub for commerce, encompassing the city’s brick, lumber, and rail yards. Our master plan and conceptual design pay homage to this history while meeting the city’s objectives for development.
