When I was very young, my dad showed me the house plans for the home we had just moved into. I remember being excited that I could understand the drawings and it inspired me to spend hours creating my own floor plans. At the time I had no idea that I would end up becoming an architect. I enjoy the blend of technical know-how and creativity that my job requires, and I love learning something new every day.

Best Vacation
A 2019 trip to England and France with my husband, two kids, one of my sisters, and her husband. So many laughs and good memories! A near-tie is a 2008 trip to London and the English countryside I took with my siblings. We visited the remains of the WWII airbase in Kimbolton, England, where our dad was stationed during the war.
