The new west entry is taking shape, and the east entry (shown in the photo above) is almost ready for final paving, lighting, and furniture. Regal, Whole Foods and Sports Basement will all call this home, along with several smaller tenants and expanded common areas on three floors, including a clerestory that creates a dramatic element at the mall’s north end.

ELS is also working with Brookfield on remodeling the former Nordstrom department store at the south end of Stonestown. Both remodels are scheduled to open early next year.
