Project Stats: A master-planning effort, this mixed-use project consisted of 420,000 sf of retail, 141,000 sf of office, 120 residential units, and four parking structures. ELS also designed retail pavilions and a 2,000-car parking garage.

The Village of Merrick Park

A Mediterranean-inspired design and a centrally located public garden integrate retail, office, housing and parking structures. Open-air circulation, protected by covered balconies, terraces and loggias, overlook fountains, public art and native landscaping within the garden. ELS completed the master plan design for the entire 2.6-million-square-foot mixed-use development served by Miami’s metro rail system, and designed three retail pavilions totaling 420,000 square feet and a 2000-car parking structure.
